My career has spanned roles at tech startups, innovation labs, scrappy nonprofits, and academic and political institutions. These experiences have shaped me into a creative problem solver with expertise in communications, partnership development, program design, and strategic planning. My mission is to combine these skills with my passion for food and expertise in public health to develop policies and interventions that make us healthier and happier.

If credentials matter to you, here are mine. I have a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University, where I specialized in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs. I am pursuing my second masters in Food Studies at New York University, to be completed in 2024, with a focus on how food policy and food as medicine intersect with the social determinants of health. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist and I am certified in Food Therapy from the Institute of Culinary Education, where I learned how to analyze, review, and report on food and nutrition information to help clients translate food-related needs and prescriptions deliciously to their plates.
